This complete foregrip assembly is designed exclusively for the Ruger 10/22 takedown/folding stock systems sold by AGP Arms.

This model consists of 2 short side-mounted and 1 long bottom-mounted rail.  Since the ‘takedown portion’ is held in place by the thread-on barrel shroud, a secondary shim was added to keep the removable mount rigid.  It was designed to overcome what I considered gaps within the original AGP design.

As the video shows, considerable time was spent in the design and manufacture of this unit.  For strength, 2 long bolts are used for rigidity as well as a cross-pin for the barrel shroud shim.  Also incorporated into this forearm are ambidextrous holes for retaining the pin necessary for the locked-bolt option shown in both my Ruger 10-22 80% jig, and Ruger modification jig, both of which are listed here.

I also sell a hard anodized 80% 10/22 receiver with an extended picatinny rail and pre-drilled magazine well hole which eliminates the long drill and the increased chance of inadvertantly piercing the receiver, rendering it useless.
