This complete 3D printer-made jig assembly is designed specifically for GSG/Sig 1911-22 style slides. This unit accurately locates and provides rigid support for two modification holes. These 2 operations can be done on a drill press or with a hand drill. There are bushings in place for its reuse. Instructions are attached to the email when the USPS tracking number is sent.
As the photos below show, these are 2 optional holes, on either side of the slide for a point for locking the slide for suppressor use. If you don’t have a suppressor, you don’t need this product. After a round is chambered, a pin is inserted, which locks the slide similar to a bolt-action rifle. This way when the round is fired, there is no mechanical operation other than the firing pin being struck by the hammer. Therefore there is no cycling noise added. That makes these (when suppressed) slightly louder than a BB gun when fired. Watch the video below which was done with a dB meter. A 3dB gain in silence is achieved. A patent has been applied for (patent pending).
