This complete jig assembly is designed specifically for the 80% AK-47 / 74 pre-bent receivers commercially available to Type 07 FFL/Class 2 SOT's. These also boast the layout for the auto-sear holes for conversion by Class II manufacturers into their select-fire counterparts. This unit accurately locates all fire control drill-in points including the (5) rivet holes for the trigger, plus the (2) auto-sear holes and (3) right side selector switch detents with a modification template for the right side rail required for the select-fire auto sear/bolt interface. The entire pre-assembly completion process may be easily done without making any measurements utilizing only a drill and a Dremel in less than an hour. Bushings protect all drill-in points in the jig for continuous reuse. In addition, these also come with a second bottom plate as well as a 2nd right sideplate for finishing the fire-selector switch horizontal slot. A patent has been applied for (patent pending).
From the photos shown, a unique approach was done to facilitate this via the trigger bottom opening. This design locks the receiver in place for proper alignment of all exterior receiver holes. There is also a receiver insert for complete locking of the alignment as well as being a drilling support and small parts storage. The 7mm and 5mm sized bushings are installed for proper fire control sized holes. A full and complete set of instructions with color 3D CAD drawings are included for the ease of completion. Instructions are attached to the email when the USPS tracking number is sent.
This jig along with all of the others that I design, manufacture, and sell, was “over-engineered” for those who value their time and money. Since I have attempted to foresee and surmount any and all possible errors which could happen during your construction(s), the possibility of your making mistakes approaches zero.
Nothing is more disappointing than a mishap that requires a replacement receiver. Not only is there a monetary loss, but there is also the frustration factor due to the lost time in the work thus far, perhaps a broken tool or fixture, then there is the wait involved for the replacements to arrive from the other supplier via shipping. Now what should have been reasonably fun has become work. Those frustrations only follow my competitors’ sales and not my clients.
I also welcome design requests and if possible will accommodate those in future product revisions. Few other sellers will boast of that.
Jig/template assemblies and supporting parts in the photos are included (trigger groups or trigger boxes and/or trigger pack assemblies, firearms, parts, and tools are not included).

An addendum for those who understand:
